The Role
We are currently expanding our team and looking for a reliable Landscaper / Fencer. Whether you are an experienced tradesperson ready to hit the ground running, or a highly motivated junior looking for a company where you can learn a trade and grow, we want to hear from you. We offer flexible working arrangements to suit the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing, repairing, and replacing various types of fencing.
- Assisting with or leading hard and soft landscaping projects (sleeper walls, raised beds, pergolas, and patios).
- Hedge cutting, garden maintenance, and site clearances.
- Ensuring all work meets our high standards and leaving the customer’s property clean and respected.
- Representing TRB Garden Solutions with professionalism and courtesy at all times.

(Note: Prior experience is required for the senior role; trainees will receive full support).
